It combines sweet apples, spicy cinnamon, and a healthy dose of Everclear alcohol to create the most amazing Liquid Apple Pie! (Adults only of course!) We have been making this yummy concoction for years, and it is the perfect way to enjoy these chilly Fall evenings!
Start by pouring 1 Gallon Unsweetened Apple Juice and 1/2 Gallon Apple Cider into a large pot.
Add 1 1/2 cups sugar and 2 cinnamon sticks to the pot.
Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and let cool completely, about 2 hours.
Remove the cinnamon sticks from the pot, add 2 cups Everclear grain alcohol, and pour yourself a glass!
Drink it on ice or heat it up in a mug. Either way it will surely warm you up!
Be careful... this delicious beverage sneaks up on you! It tastes so yummy that you don't hardly taste a drop of alcohol. Don't say I didn't warn you!
I pour my Apple Pie back into the juice and cider containers and keep it chilled in the refrigerator. Make sure you clearly mark your containers as ADULTS ONLY!
